Trapped in a cycle of overwhelm, untangle the chaos.
You have mastered the art of convincing everyone and the world around you that you’ve got it all together. The perfect blend of calm, confidence and accomplishment. In fact, you are the “go-to” person for other people’s problems when they need support comes to you with their problems. You are not just on the struggle bus; you are the driver, a passenger and mechanic.
On the inside you are exhausted. You are constantly freaking out and overwhelmed by stress, anxiety and self-doubt. You’re secretly holding it together with a smile, coffee and sheer willpower, yet the idea of focusing on yourself makes you feel guilty and selfish, leaving you in an endless cycle of anxiety. Let’s trade in the “brave face” for some real talk. Does anyone really have it together anyway?
I specialize in helping overwhelmed, perfectionist anxious and depressed adults struggling with the ups and downs of life. The goal is progress not perfection and finding more balance.
“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow.”

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors and challenges with the support of a trained therapist. The goals of individual therapy vary based on the person’s needs but may include improving well-being and mental health, processing past trauma, managing stress, working through relationship issues and developing coping strategies. I provide individual therapy and support in various areas including:
Anxiety Therapy
Depression Therapy
Trauma Therapy
Relationship Counseling
Stress Management
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a crucial step toward obtaining the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Supervision helps social workers build competency in diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy preparing them for independent practice. Supervision must be provided by a board-approved LCSW supervisor and include a combination of direct client contact, clinical practice, and regular supervisory meetings focused on skill development, ethical practice, and professional growth. In a safe and confidential setting, we’ll enhance your clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and self-reflection.
Hi, I’m Anne
My goal as a therapist is to help you find balance, process the bullshit, and actually feel heard—because, yes, your experience is valid. Therapy is about untangling the mess and figuring out what truly works for you. My clients are pros at giving advice and helping everyone else keep it together—yet when it comes to their own lives, they’re up at 2 AM Googling, “How to fix my life?” Sound familiar? Let’s talk.
When I’m not working, I can be found vacuuming hair of my 3 golden retrievers, reading, watching a documentary and trying to keep up with all the reels my husband sends me during his “work day.”
