Find your way out of chaos and into clarity.

Woman in black blouse on beige couch

You’re the person everyone in your life turns to. The perfect blend of calm, capable and accomplished. You have mastered the art of convincing everyone and the world around you that you’ve got it all together. The “go-to” person for when others need support or advice. On the outside, you have it all together.

But on the inside? You are exhausted. On the inside, you the driver and passenger of the struggle bus. You are exhausted. You are overwhelmed with anxiety and stress and riddled with self-doubt. You’re secretly holding it together with a smile, tense jaw and sheer willpower all while feeling like you are barely hanging on.

Let’s trade in the “brave face” for some real talk and a space to be human. Does anyone really have it together anyway? Nope- not really.

I work with overwhelmed, high achieving adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression and the relentless pursuit of perfection. Together, we’ll focus on progress, not perfection and work to create more calm and balance in your life.

“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow.”

How I Can Help

  • Anxiety and depression are part of the human experience. Acknowledging the struggle is half the battle. Therapy can help you reclaim your peace and provide the tools needed to battle life.

  • Relational support and engagement is one of the most important factors to create growth after a traumatic experience. Whether you are coping with past, present or chronic trauma, growth requires personalized attention in a safe and supportive space.

  • Stress is inevitable and managing it can feel like a never ending battle, but you don’t have to do it alone. Gain understanding on the impact stress has on your overall well being and develop practical tools to help you manage stress more effectively.

Unlock your inner badass. Learn to quiet your inner critic and self-doubt by challenging negative beliefs, building self-awareness and heal from past experiences.

  • All relationships come with their own set of unique challenges. Whether you are dealing with a partnership, friendship or family dynamics, learn how to address and resolve conflict and communicate effectively.

Let’s work together.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a crucial step toward obtaining the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Supervision helps social workers build competency in diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy preparing them for independent practice. Supervision must be provided by a board-approved LCSW supervisor and include a combination of direct client contact, clinical practice, and regular supervisory meetings focused on skill development, ethical practice, and professional growth. In a safe and confidential setting, we’ll enhance your clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and self-reflection.

Hi, I’m Anne

My goal as a therapist is to help you find balance, process the bullshit, and actually feel heard—because, yes, your experience is valid. Therapy is about untangling the mess and figuring out what truly works for you. My clients are pros at giving advice and helping everyone else keep it together—yet when it comes to their own lives, they’re up at 2 AM Googling, “How to fix my life?”

When I’m not working, I can be found vacuuming the hair of my 3 golden retrievers (or at least thinking about it), reading, and trying to keep up with all the reels my husband sends. Also, I’m out here trying to do my own work- one deep breath at a time.
